We apply a set of monitoring policies to each of your servers, based on which ports, services, and processes they are currently running. Our agents then continuously monitor information sources like performance counters and event logs to keep tabs on how your servers are doing. If a service stops, an application records an error, or a critical hardware or performance threshold is hit, an alert goes out to our Network Operations Centre, a ticket is logged and one of our engineers respond.

To address issues faster, Control Networks utilises remote control Technology to diagnose and resolve issues. From our Network Operations Centre, we can view your workstations and make adjustments by taking control of its keyboard and mouse, as if we were physically in front of the machine. Our remote control technology uses a 128-bit SSL-encrypted connection, so it’s always secure.
